Breadth of experience encompasses; 15+ years of Diversity Training at the National Level, Managing eleven large post office stations, designing and implementing capital improvement projects, purchasing/material management; instituting energy conservation methods, and working with business customers and major mailers. Possess a unique ability to communicate and negotiate with several different union organizations in order to arrive at acceptable contract conclusions. Director  Jerry Custin
Retired Air Force Colonel 30 + years

Jerry Custin spent over 30 years in the USAF. His career started in the B-57 aircraft flying simulated target missions for the Air Defense Command and NORAD.  Duties included providing ground training to fighter pilots and ground radar personnel related to Soviet capabilities in the EW domain and available counter-counter measures both tactical and technical.  He was then assigned to Takhli Royal Thai Air Force Base flying 130 combat missions in the EB-66 aircraft.  He was also selected as a training officer, standardization and evaluation officer and functional test flight EWO.  He flew all available B-66 models which involved primary reconnaissance missions.  His next assignment was to Wiesbaden, Germany where he flew missions in the Berlin Corridor and was also assigned to the Headquarters United States Air Force in Europe Intelligence Directorate. In the latter capacity he was selected to assist a foreign Air Force develop an airborne reconnaissance capability.  To do this he personally developed all training and organizational materials and worked directly with his third party counterparts in successfully developing the program.  He then was part of the initial six man joint service team of Electronic Warfare officers assigned to the National Security Agency with the mission of providing support to EW developers, designers, planners and operators in recognition of the growing capabilities of the Soviets and other countries in the developing strategy of Electronic Combat.  He took this growing breadth of expertise to the southern region of NATO where he personally established the initial procedures for the integration of EW into the NATO tactical evaluation process as well as established the procedures including the development of an extensive manual to conduct live airborne EW training in NATO.  He also developed six hours of tactics training materials for delivery to Italian, Turkish and Greek aircrews.  Two of his programs were developed as NATO standards.  Jerry then headed the Reconnaissance Division for the USAF Electronic Security Command and was reassigned as Director of Plans and Operations for Electronic Security Europe where he oversaw the activities of more than a dozen widely deployed units.  Colonel Custin was then selected as the Commander of the European Defense Analysis Center, one of only four intelligence processing centers in the Department of Defense.  He developed an internal management reporting system which was later adopted by the Defense Intelligence Agency to track the productivity of these four centers.  Jerry spent his final tour with the National Security where he served in a variety of Executive level positions and was chosen as the Chairman of National Electronic Intelligence Group which he led for nearly four years.  He is currently the President and CEO of a rapidly growing Chamber of Commerce in the Tampa Bay area.  Skills include: strategic planning, program management to include the international scale, risk assessment, training, leadership and management skills at all levels including senior executive positions, group facilitation, team building and budget development.
